Cross cultural influences combine to shape contemporary music in a San Antonio party like no other. Celebrate and dance with Piñata Protest and Los San Patricios. This Pachanga is rounded out by San Antonio dancers presenting samples of the interesting 6:8 rhythm found almost exclusively in Veracruz (Huapango), Ireland (the jig), and western Africa (wawa-nko), or snake rhythm. The Tobin’s Executive Chef, Armando Lopez, has prepared a fabulously twisted menu and, of course, the spirits will match the variety of cultural influence and experimentation.
